Salem 5km Run - Friday 6th Sept ‘24

Salem 5km is back for a third year!

This race is a slightly challenging 5km run in the hills around Salem (north of Llandeilo), taking in the wind turbine.

But what goes up must come down and there's a fast descent back to the finish line at the village hall.

Entry on the night only - £5 adults, £2 juniors.

Registration: 6pm
Junior Race: 6:45pm (parent/guardian signature required on entry form)
Adult Race: 7:00pm

Free tea and coffee in the hall afterwards.
